Haydamaky

"Haidamaki" is a group whose members have established a new European trend in Ukrainian music. The group has its own alternative identity, a true base of Ukrainian folk music and an excellent social message, formed by high-level professional musicians. It is an intellectual ethnosystem, an example of a vibrant world musical culture. The Gaidamaki group performs their songs with elements of modern Cossack rock, dub, punk, reggae, ancient treasures of Ukrainian and Balkan music.

The group was formed at the time of the events taking place in the world and the emergence of the Ukrainian national consciousness.
